Hi! :)

Hey guys! I've been lurking for the past few days and decided I might as well post here :)

So, the basics: I'm Rochelle, I'm 20 and I've lived in Sydney, Australia my entire life. I live at home with my mum and my younger brother and I'd love to end up working in childcare (although I don't want kids of my own).
I own a cat and I have a yearling spotted python (yeap, I adore snakes). I currently have four tattoos and I plan on a lot more down the track.

If you don't adore music, there's a very slim chance of me ever understanding or relating to you. Green Day and Placebo are absolutely my two favourite bands, but I also love Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, The Killers, Metallica, Lady Gaga, Motley Crue, Joan Jett, Michael Jackson and Def Leppard. I'll give almost anything a listen, but I don't tend to stray too far from rock and alternative :)

I love reading and, like many people my age, I have J.K. Rowling to thank for opening my mind to the incredible world of novels. I am first and foremost a Potter nerd. My favourite author (aside from JKR, of course) is absolutely Jodi Picoult. I'm also a fan of fan fiction, especially bandom.
And, as this ties into reading, I'm a frequent RP'er. I love writing just as much as I love reading!

I post a lot about my life and have a tendency to rant haha. I also tend to post about Dexter and True Blood when they're on, because I adore them ;) But I'd say that fangirling about music/bands dominates the majority of my entries, so I'd very much like to find some new friends who share my passion for music.
