I suffer from social anxiety and have done all my life. It usually gets worse around the time that I am experiencing emotional upheavals and changes, which I am right now.
I tend to look quite fiercely at my inner thoughts and feelings and not only analyse them but also try to make some kind of connections with them and what is going on at a deeper than conscious level.
My journal is going to be mainly about that and my daily life. It wont be glamorous, it will be just me sharing how I experience my anxiety, social phobia and my relationships.
