Because I hear people care about such things, my politics are left-of-centre, although I like to think of myself as pragmatic. I’m non-religious, which means that I’m a non-practicing atheist, and also means that I like being around people who have more faith than me. I watch a lot of television and movies, but that’s mainly because at this time of year it’s -50 outside. My musical tastes are varied, but lately my patience for "folksy dude with guitar" has worn thin. I probably also spend far too much time online.
My journal entries tend to be long, infrequent, erratic, and entirely text. I’ve been writing them for more than a decade, and I tend to use full sentences, punctuation, and occasionally HTML, which I write manually. I comment erratically, because I log in erratically, but I’d like to change that.
Your journal is mostly text, and mostly more than reviews of movies you’ve seen or books you’ve read. You believe that sentences start with capital letters, and end with periods. You like to get to know people, and you aren’t just collecting friends for the body count. If you aren't at least in your mid-20s, I doubt we'll have very much in common. It would also be nice if you’ve been around LJ for a few years, but its okay if you don’t know what an “invite code” is. If there’s anything else you want to know, just ask me.
