I'm Andrew, I'm 35 and live in the Leeds, UK with my husband of 15 years. By day I'm a government librarian although I've worked in different kinds of libraries in my career. I have to say that I don't talk about work all that often because I feel like library-related stuff is only interested to a very select group of people!
I generally use my LJ to document what I've been up to and that is usually a mix of video games, books, films, music, gigs I've been to (generally pop, some rock and quite often electronic acts that no-one has ever heard of), board games, plays and shows (I like quite a wide range of theatre) I've attended. I also do travel posts when I've been visiting different places. I update at least twice a week and as I'm fairly busy I usually have plenty to talk about. Life is for living right?
If you would like to add me then the usual caveats apply - no bigots...actually, that's kind of it. Don't be a dick. I don't have any fandoms so there's nothing like that in my journal. I'm just fairly open to adding a variety of people I guess, and despite things being quieter than other social media (which I also use) I still think that LJ has it's place.
I think that about covers it. Any questions?
