Hello, nice to meet you all!

I'm Wolfie and I'm looking for new friends! I'm kind of new to Livejournal, as I've been here for only over a month. I was pretty convinced this is the place for me from the first week, and now it's time to banish the rest of the trial mode and make something of my friends page.

So, about me?
I'm a music student, Scandinavian, single and living in a wonderful apartment in a rather small town where I go to school. My main instrument is violin, and other than that my main areas of focus are classical music in general and composing. Although classical is my square one with music, I'm open-minded and enjoy listening to (and playing) various styles. I detest the snobbish me-and-my-solo-career -violinists who like to think classical is some higher form of art. In my school there are ethnic and rhythm music departments too, and I love how all the different kinds of musicians study and play together. In the summer I work in a gas station - coffee shop - cafeteria to fund my studies.

What else? I lately discovered the world of theatre and drama, drink too much coffee, read the news every day and enjoy my simple, unattached life and devoting most of my time to school and my work. I'm generally curious, and lately I've taken interest in moral and philosophy, social rules and roles, cultural differences and pedagogics, to give a few examples. I'm sort of a hippie-ish tomboy with freckles and short hair and a problem with traditional gender roles. I have faith but don't recognize any religion. Beliefs (along with everything else) are up for conversation, as long as it stays constructive and respective.

In LJ and add_me I'm looking for

other open-minded people, conversation and interesting journals to read on my breaks. I usually read every day, but don't write or comment that often, maybe a few times a week, and not necessarily on every post. I think I'll mainly write about what goes through my mind during the day. Sometimes there's a point or a deeper thought behind it, sometimes not. Some music stuff is bound to show up from time to time, but I'll keep the boring practice-school stuff to a minimum, since it's pretty much all I get to talk about in real life. I started the journal to record my thoughts and to learn to phrase the ideas and beliefs, but I've come to find this social side of Livejournal kind of awesome.
I'm not picky about your background, interests, beliefs or anything like that. All I ask for is mutual respect and, preferably, interest. Feel free to check out my profile and the few public entries I have (I mostly write friends only), and also ask if you've got any questions!

So add me and drop me a line here if you're interested, and I'll be glad to add you back! :)

Hi. It's been a while since I begged for friends on here.

I mostly blog about my day to day life and random feelings and my exercise regime. I'm looking for people who blog actively! I try my best to comment often, but I'm not perfect and I don't expect you to be perfect either.

I'm a kid at heart and I think I'm mentally regressing more and more as time goes by. Poop and fart jokes.

I'm 28, but divorced and childless. I'm a crazy cat lady in training. I'm a Navy veteran. I'm a chemistry major in college. I'm a bad student. I'm on academic probation! Learning how to be a student is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

I like a few shows. I'm really into Workaholics, Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, Futurama, Dexter, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad.. (no spoilers, still working on some of these!) but I'm not a huge TV watcher overall. I love horror movies and comedies.

I love hiking and taking the dogs out to the beach. My party days are over and I'm quite the introvert. I spend a lot of time in solitude and I enjoy it.

I like a lot of random music... indie, rap (southern rap!), and just.. so completely random. Queen. Hall and Oates. Nappy Roots. Marilyn Manson.

I'm really laid back and rarely write about anything political, although I consider myself liberal, a feminist, and hugely pro-choice. I'm not religious, but I am spiritual.

I won't be butt hurt if you add me and cut me, because we don't mesh well. I do write about every day, so if I suck, I understand!
