Hello again!

So it had been a while since I had posted anything new on this community so it would be great to add and get to know more people if possible.

A little about me. I'm 29 years old, live on the west coast, pretty much a big anime and video nerd. I have pretty much watched anime as late in the 90's to even current shows that have just came out this year. I do play some video games though I would say that my favorites are just about any Zelda games and Chrono Trigger being my all time favorite.

Like I mentioned before it would be great to find others that share the same interests and make some lasting friendships if possible. I have been trying to make sure I post at least once a week but it's normally about my status of school work, my anime watching list (my thoughts about some of the anime I'm currently watching) and just whatever else comes up in my life.

Feel free to leave a message and add me if you like! Hope everyone has a great weekend regardless!

New to Lj :D

Hello :)

My name is Beth and I am one half of the blog my boyfriend and I created.

After travelling south from our home in Kawasaki over the summer break, we thought it would be fun to create a blog. We've only just begun, so there really isn't much material as yet.... But we are hoping to show people some of the cool places in Japan through our perspective.

We also plan on touching on some of the things we find funny about each other's culture (I'm Australian and Aijo is half Japanese/half Filippino) and the many misscommunications we have as a result.

For people who are interested in travelling to Japan, this might be interesting for you. Feel free to ask us questions about living in Japan too.

If you decide to add us as friends, we will gladly add you in return.

Thanks for reading!

Pick me!

Hello all! I've had some success with adding new people on here before so I thought I'd give it another go. It's been a while.

I'm Andrew, I'm 31 and I live in Leeds, UK with my husband of 11/3 years. I'm a law librarian by day and as I live and work in the city centre I tend to talk a fair bit about what I've been up to here. Actually, my journal tends to be based around stuff that I've been doing and that can be anything from plays and films I've seen to books I'm reading.

Apart from theatre, films and books I guess I like the usual stuff. Computer games, music (Scandi-pop is a bit hit with me), board games, all kinds of things really. I do as much travelling as I can whether that be local or further afield. This week I've been exploring Newcastle and Yorkshire, I went to Croatia in May and in two weeks I'm off to Northern Europe. Believe me, I don't take it for granted!

I'll generally add anyone but I do like LJ to be a two-way process. I don't comment on every entry and don't expect you to but I do expect some interaction. I mean, if you disappear for a year then not only have I had no chance to read what you've been up to, it's also a year that you've not taken an interest in my life too.

I'll stop there before I ramble. I have been on the red wine after all. Questions? Comments?
